The Garage
It is a full size 24x24 2-car garage. It is still a work in progress in these pics. So far we have painted/striped, epoxied, and installed cabinets/benches. We still need to install the 40" flat screen TV, compressor, paint the stairs and get our tool chest. We also want to do some "decorating" by adding some signage.with As you can see, we have some Ford fans and some Chevy fans, so we divided the parking areas into appropriate sides.

Added 2 much needed pieces of equipment to the garage:

Added air lines and air hose for the compressor and blast cabinet. The air line is black iron with 2 water traps (ball valves) and a combo filter/regulator from harbor freight. The lines are angle slightly towards each trap (coming out of the compressor and towards each ball valve). It is a total distance of about 27' which should help reduce the heat of the air by the time it reaches the air hose (which will also help reduce moisture). This setup should be sufficient to remove air/debris for painting.

The garage is now pretty much fully functional. The wiring is now installed so we have heat and use of the compressor and sandblaster. For Christmas I also received a 32" flat screen for the garage and a rolling tool chest. We also insulated the garage doors and put plastic over the windows for some extra insulation. Today it was 20 degrees outside and I shut the heater off at 65 degrees and it only dropped to about 55 degrees after an hour.
